Accredited Investor Status (select one):

A natural person with an individual net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse, in excess of $1,000,000. Net worth includes home furnishings and automobiles, but excludes the value of your primary residence. If the amount of the mortgage liability on your primary residence is greater than the fair value of the residence, you must deduct from your net worth the amount by which the mortgage liability exceeds the fair value of the residence; however, you do not need to deduct from your net worth the amount of mortgage debt secured by your primary residence if the mortgage liability is less than the fair market value.
A natural person with individual income, (without including any of the spouse's income), exceeded $200,000 in each of the last two years or your joint income with your spouse exceeded $300,000 in each of the two most recent years and you reasonably expect to reach the same income level in the current year.

An employee benefit plan with investment decisions being made by a plan fiduciary or with total assets in excess of $5,000,000.

A personal (non-business) trust, other than an employee benefit trust, with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 which was not formed for the purpose of investing in the Partnership and whose assets are being directed by a person who has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that he or she is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment.
